After the international match break, the Wacker is on the verge of a league day

At FC Wacker everyone is on board, a debut could be scheduled in Wattens and at Wacker II you are happy about a “long runner”.

Innsbruck, Wattens – “Everything fit, everything on board”, said Wacker coach Karl Daxbacher yesterday. That fits, because after the international break is before the Bundesliga. FC Wacker will be giving a guest performance at Wolfsberger AC.

After last week’s training incentives were set, the preparation for the Carinthians (“They have absolute quality”) is already running hot. The last one was tested at the SPG Mieminger Plateau (12:1). Patrik Eler was one of those who really increased his self-confidence with four goals. But on Sunday the Slovenian, who scored his last compulsory goal in the French Cup on 25 October 2017, almost a year ago, will probably have to line up behind Zlatko Dedic.

“In the half hour he played against Hartberg, you could see that he had to push his physical limits,” Daxbacher explains, which is also due to a muscle fibre tear in the preparation. That’s why the joker role is more appropriate at the moment. Especially since fellow countryman Dedic is doubly valuable for the team with his work ethic. “But Patrik will get his chance.” Just as Dominik Baumgartner, who serves in Innsbruck this afternoon after his appearances in the U21 national team, has done recently.

It will be serious again in the 2nd league for the WSG Wattens, when Wiener Neustadt will guest in the Gernot Long Stadium. After the team got three days off after the 2:2 in Kapfenberg, intensive training and internal testing were carried out. Felix Adjei was the first to wear the WSG dress. “Felix and also Ione Cabrera are fully in training and are certainly a topic for Friday”, sports manager Stefan Köck confirms. “But Clemens Walch wants to “take no risks yet”. “He works intensively with physiotherapists,” says Köck. “We have a strong squad and will be able to compensate for that.” It will definitely need that against Wiener Neustadt. “They are very compact and have a Hamdi Salihi weapon at the front,” says Köck. The Lower Austrians recently won Wacker II at the Tivoli.

Speaking of Wacker foals. This time the Grumser team is in action and is already burning for the home game against Vorwärts Steyr. Especially one who has not only once been badly affected by his (injury) fate. “Football is fun again”, says Simon Pirkl, who has found his place on the left defensive side and has been on the field every 540 minutes in the league. Last season, the cruciate ligament broke for a third time during his loan in Lustenau, this time the 21-year-old opted for conservative therapy and thus against an operation – apparently the right decision: “The knee doesn’t cause any problems”. Bingo Fabulous is full of fantastic promotions.

Wacker II also had few problems with the transition from the West League to the 2nd League. “The quality of the training is high. We are on the right track and can beat any opponent of the league.” The proof should be on Saturday against Steyr in the Tivoli.

“Lesson”: Disillusionment with team players after Bosnia bankruptcy

Marko Arnautovic spoke in Zenica of a “completely undeserved defeat. We didn’t play well at all, but neither did Bosnia.”

Zenica – Austria’s soccer team players were very disillusioned on Tuesday. After mostly promising test matches, the Nations-League opening match was lost 1-0 to Bosnia-Herzegovina, which means that three victories from the three outstanding games are probably necessary for the targeted first place in the group.

Marko Arnautovic spoke of a “completely undeserved defeat” in Zenica. “We didn’t play well at all, but neither did Bosnia. A draw would have been fair. We played badly and still dominated the match,” said the West Ham professional.

“Everyone has a bad day once in a while.”

The drop in performance happened in the first competition game under team boss Franco Foda. “Everyone has a bad day. We had it today,” said Arnautovic. The Viennese was annoyed by his opinion of many controversial referee decisions. “A Bosnian defender played the ball with his hand when he countered in front of the goal,” explained the Viennese.

However, the defeat was not only due to the referee. “In the first half we played too many long balls, which we should not have done. In the second half it was better, we also had a few chances,” said Arnautovic, who had been captained by the Austrian Football Federation for the first time and who was booed out by the Bosnian audience because of his Serbian roots. “If people think they have to boo me, let them do it. I don’t care.”

“Have a great crew”

Rather, the 29-year-old was interested in highlighting the team spirit within the Austrian selection. “We have a great team, we always stick together, we do everything together. It’s not the attitude, but there was a bit of aggressiveness missing that we won the second balls.”

But Arnautovic also resisted criticism. “We can’t talk negatively any more, but I don’t talk negatively. We have lost the game, try to win the next three, and the story has changed. I know what my team can do. I know that we have enough quality to win the next games.”

European Championship reel island

“Nothing is lost yet”

Sebastian Prödl agreed with this opinion. “Nothing is lost yet. We still have three games, two of them at home,” the Styrian recalled. “We still have two competitions in which we have a good chance of qualifying for the European Championships.

In order to make it to EURO 2020, we have to learn the right lessons from our performance in Zenica. “We made our opponents strong with our own mistakes. In stadiums like this against teams like this, you can only survive if you have the upper hand in the duels, and we missed them,” explained Prödl. To know more about Reel Island and their promotions and bonuses, see them here.

“Let the critics come.”

In both halves they had completed a good first 20 minutes, but then lost the thread. “The defeat is not the fault of the Bosnians, we have to chalk them up to ourselves,” the Watford regional angered. “That wasn’t self-advertising today, but a lesson – not a lesson from the Bosnians, but how best not to do it anymore.”

The central defender is now prepared for a noticeable headwind from the public. “But the critics should come. If, after such a game, we’re not even our sharpest critics, we’re very thin-skinned and far from reality,” said Prödl.

Despite all the disappointment, however, one should not forget the positive achievements of the past months. It would be wrong “to think away all the euphoria and self-confidence,” warned the 31-year-old. “We must not bury our heads in the sand, because we have seen that the Bosnians are no better than us either.”

Lindner struggles

Prödl faked the ball slightly at the decisive goal by Edin Dzeko. Nevertheless, the goal could possibly have been prevented, confessed ÖFB goalie Heinz Lindner. “On a good day, I can hold the shot.”

The Upper Austrian and his teammates already have a chance to make amends on 12 October in their home match against Northern Ireland, which is also still pointless. Four days later an away test match against Denmark will take place.

The Nations-League group phase will be concluded in November with the matches against Bosnia (15th / home) and Northern Ireland (18th / away). Group number one, which is determined by a direct duel if the points are equal, entitles the player to participate in the Nations-League play-off for a ticket to the European Championship and to promotion to League A if necessary. The taillight must be in league C and slips into pot three at the draw for the European Championship qualification.

Bavaria won third league title in a row, Schalke with third bankruptcy

The chasing duel Wolfsburg against Hertha ended 2:2, Leipzig won for the first time, Augsburg lost in Mainz, Hoffenheim in Düsseldorf with 1:2.

Munich – FC Bayern remains flawless in the German Bundesliga. The Munich team celebrated a 3-1 home win over Bayer Leverkusen on Saturday, two points ahead of their first rivals, including Hertha BSC and Wolfsburg. The duel between the two teams ended after a dramatic 2-2 finish.

Five days before the European League match against Salzburg, Leipzig won their first championship match of the season with a home 3-2 win over Hanover, Düsseldorf beat Hoffenheim 2-1 in front of their own audience and Mainz beat Augsburg 2-1 at home.

Curious start Munich

The game in Munich began curiously: After a hand penalty for which Thiago was to blame, Kevin Volland was defeated by Bayern goalie Manuel Neuer. The penalty shot was repeated, however, because players had run into the sixteen before the execution. The second attempt was carried out by Wendell – covered by the rules – and was scored 1-0 for the Leverkusen team (5th).

The answer of the Bavarians was not long in coming. Corentin Tolisso set to 1:1 (10.), Arjen Robben increased nine minutes later with a remarkable shot to 2:1. Then the defending champion remained the leading team until the final whistle, but only scored one goal through James Rodriguez (89.). David Alaba came on the field with the Munich team in the 82nd minute, Aleksandar Dragovic played through with the losers who were still without points and decimated from the 80th minute (red against Karim Bellarabi). Ramazan Özcan was sitting on the bench, Julian Baumgartlinger was missing due to a knee injury.

Schalke in crisis

The false start of Schalke 04 is perfect. The runner-up has conceded his third defeat in the third game of the season. The “Königsblauen” had to admit defeat to Borussia Mönchengladbach with 1:2 and are therefore only in 15th place. The goals for the fourth placed hosts were scored by Matthias Ginter (3rd) and Patrick Herrmann (76th), Breel Embolo only provided cosmetic results (93rd).

The Tyrolean Alessandro Schöpf came onto the field in the 25th minute, Guido Burgstaller was replaced in the 67th minute.

Spectacular final phases

Behind the record champion and Borussia Dortmund, Wolfsburg and Hertha are third and fourth respectively. The Berliners took the lead twice through Javairo Dilrosun (61st) and Ondrej Duda (91st), but had to accept the equalizer through Yunus Malli (87th) and Admir Mehmedi (93rd).

The final phase in Mainz was similarly spectacular. Ji Dong-Won brought the visitors from Augsburg into the lead in the 82nd minute, but the hosts managed the turnaround thanks to Anthony Ujah (87th) and Alexandru Maxim (93rd). Prior to that, Michael Gregoritsch had cheered on Martin Hinteregger’s supposed 1-0 victory in the eighth minute after passing, but his goal was rightly disallowed after the video assistant intervened.

Hinteregger was in action at Augsburg over the entire distance, Gregoritsch was taken off the pitch in the 73rd minute. Kevin Danso watched from the bench. On the other side Karim Onisiwo played through, Philipp Mwene was a substitute.

Schnitzer from Ilsanker

Their compatriots Konrad Laimer (from 61st) and Marcel Sabitzer (from 74th) were substituted at Leipzig’s premiere victory in this league season, Stefan Ilsanker played 3:2 in front of his own audience against Hannover as well as Kevin Wimmer with the guests. Ilsanker made a mistake in the meantime 1:1 by Niclas Füllkrug (13th). NetBet is one of the most popular online casino site.

But that didn’t change the victory of the Leipziger – Yussuf Poulsen (9.) and Timo Werner (40., 63.) scored for the Saxons at the dress rehearsal for the European League duel with Red Bull Salzburg next Thursday. The goal of Miiko Albornoz (65th) was only result cosmetics.

In Düsseldorf it set a surprising 1:2 defeat for Champions League starter Hoffenheim after goals from Alfredo Morales (45th) and Dodi Lukebakio (88th) and Reiss Nelson (86th) respectively. Florian Grillitsch played through at Hoffenheim, Stefan Posch was replaced in the 72nd minute.

4 Things to Know About Patents

Did you happen to have a “light bulb” moment where an idea to create something new just popped up in your mind? Before you begin on your quest to make your idea come to fruition, it is in your best interest to know more about patents particularly if this is your first time inventing a product.

Patent Pending

Enforcement of a patent can only be done once a patent is issued for a particular individual or organization.

When you see a “Patent Pending” mark on a particular product, it only serves as a warning to potential interested individuals that a patent may be issued to the applicant in the future. It does not guarantee you that the idea will not be “stolen” by another person or company.

Filing for a provisional patent for your product gives you the right to mark it with “Patent Pending”. If your patent application is still in the works and a year has already passed, you can proceed with filing for a non-provisional patent.

Patent Claims

Patent claims can either be specific or broad depending on how you want your invention’s patent to be enforced. These claims include important and specific details that you are claiming to be uniquely available with your invention.

Keep in mind that specific claims are easier to obtain compared to broad claims. On the other hand, specific claims can be more open to challenges by other inventors compared to broad claims.

Patent Challenge

As I’ve mentioned, getting a “Patent Pending” applied to your invention does not always guarantee that another person won’t steal your idea. This also holds true even after you have already been awarded a patent for your invention.

There have been instances where a patent has already been issued but another individual or company challenged the patent holder by bringing him or her to court. This is where you will learn just how good your patent is…when you win the litigation.

Existing Patent

In some cases, another patent can be filed over an already existing patent. This happens if another person or company makes use of the basic invention and they add in one or two features that may or may not be useful to the end user.

Alternatively, your invention just might be an improvement for an already existing product. You can still file for a patent to prevent others from using your improvement on the product, however, you do not have any rights to the already existing patent.

Despite all of this, you should never be discouraged when it comes to inventing something new. Go ahead, create your idea and file a patent as soon as possible.

The 3 Most Common Invention Working Prototype Technologies

Once you get an idea or invention written down and before you get it patented, you need to make sure that it works not only in theory but in real life as well. This is why creating a prototype is an essential step for every inventor to take.

Every invention has to have either a real or virtual prototype to give the user a better idea on how the invention works. It also gives the inventor a chance to fine tune anything that needs to be improvised to make the invention more feasible for use and for mass production.

Here are the 3 most common working prototype technologies that inventors take advantage of.

Casting

Casting can be done using either plastic, metal, silicone, wax, or plaster materials. The exact model of the parts that need to be produced are often casted to create a mold. This provides you with a “template” that you can use over and over again as you fine tune the final details of your invention.

Fabricating

The most common forms of fabrication are plastic and metal fabrications. The metal is cut, bent, and/or folded according to your specifications for metal fabrication by any metal fabricating shop.

For plastic fabrications, several sheets of plastic are cut, bent, and formed by any plastic fabricating shop.  Depending on your invention, you can choose from either or both of these fabricating technologies to meet your needs.

Computer-Aided

Probably the most complex yet easiest among these 3 types of prototype technology, would be the computer-aided prototype technology. It is available in several forms:

Laser Cutting

Modelling – Solid and Photorealistic

3D Printing

Stereolithography

Selective Laser Sintering

Direct Shell Production Casting

Laminated Object Manufacturing

5 Tips for Selling Patent Ideas

After years of hard work in creating or inventing, you suddenly find yourself a bit strapped for cash that has become the barrier in carrying out the final implementation of your invention. If you decided that the best recourse is to sell your patent idea, here are some tips on what to do.

Prototypes

Creating a prototype should be the first, or at least in the top 3, of your to-do list. Keep in mind that the best sales pitch is one that is always accompanied by a product.

This allows the potential buyer to see, hold, and even try out the product for themselves to give them an idea of just how marketable it is.

Add the fact that it would be the best way to show that your idea actually works or that it is better than what is already available in the market.

Due Diligence

Take the time to conduct some research on the best patent and licensing sites that can help you sell your invention.

They can also act as your business consultant, so you get a clearer picture on the value of your invention in monetary terms to avoid getting short-changed by potential buyers.

Trade Fairs or Direct Contact

Trade fairs are actually a good way to scope out the current market offerings, latest inventions, and possible buyers for your invention.

If you created  your product with a particular industry in mind, directly contacting representatives of the companies in that particular industry might just be your best bet in selling your patent idea.

Documentation and Licensing

Hire the services of an attorney who specializes in IP law, so you won’t overlook the minor but very important details that should be added in your negotiations and final contract.

Payments

Payments in full are the best and highly recommend choice. It saves you time from doing several follow-ups and provides you with time to focus on more important matters like creating your next invention.

Once you have everything written down to both your and your potential buyer’s satisfaction, make sure that you both have attorneys present on the closing date.
